A female was walking home when she heard a man approach her from behind. The victim was grabbed by the hair and the suspect demanded her phone and money. The victim refused and began fight. The suspect threw the victim to the ground and then fled the scene. The victim was not injured, didn’t see a weapon and didn’t lose any property. The suspect was described as a white male, wearing a black beanie, black hoodie, blue jeans, and gloves.

A man accidentally stepped on another man’s foot while working at the Sky SLC. The other man became angry and pulled a knife, putting it to the victim’s throat. The suspect eventually put the knife away and was removed by club security. Police responded and booked Semisi Malafu, 21, into jail for aggravated assault.
