Officers located a parole fugitive and took him into custody. Officers booked James Galvan, 47, into jail for his warrants.
465 S. 400 E.
A woman was walking on the sidewalk when a male sprayed her with pepper spray and stole her purse. The victim was assessed by medical and released. The suspect is described as a white male adult, under 30 years old, 5 feet 2 inches tall, thin build, wearing a black jacket with green on it and blue jeans.
Update on stabbing/Attempt homicide
All three persons of interest were identified and interviewed. A 16 year old male juvenile was booked into Detention for attempted homicide and obstruction of justice. The other two parties were released.
