A cab driver picked up a man. When the victim realized the suspect didn’t have any money he ordered the man to get out of his cab. The suspect then removed a knife and ordered the cab driver out of the vehicle. The suspect then drove away with the cab. Officers located the vehicle and attempted to stop it. The suspect refused to stop so officers pursued it until the vehicle hit a jersey barrier near the freeway and came to a stop. The vehicle was occupied by the suspect and two other occupants. The suspect was taken into custody. Officers booked Michael Stack, 28, into jail for aggravated robbery, fleeing, kidnapping and possession of drug paraphernalia.
