50 N. 800 W.
Several calls of shots fired were reported in the area of 800 West North Temple. Officers located a possible victim at the Gateway Motel who denied any knowledge of a shooting but stated that he had injured his ankle climbing a fence. Upon arrival at the hospital it was discovered that not only had the victim suffered an injury to his ankle, but also had a gun shot wound to his thigh. The victim refused to cooperate with investigators. Bullet casings were recovered from the scene.

Police responded to a stabbing at the dispatched address. Upon arrival, officers made contact with a male victim who had suffered a laceration to his leg. The victim stated that he was stabbed by his girlfriend who then fled the scene. The victim was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Suspect is still outstanding.
720 N. Riverside Drive
Officers responded to a stabbing at 726 N. Redwood Rd. Officers located made contact with a male juvenile victim at the dispatched location, who had been stabbed multiple times. The victim and witness stated that the victim got into a verbal altercation with several other juveniles when one of them stabbed him. The victim was transported to the hospital with serious injuries. Officers were unable to identify suspects. Gang detectives are investigating.
