A man was standing outside his home, talking on the phone, when he was approached by three males. He was struck in the head with a metal object, knocking him down. The suspects attempted to steal his phone and went through his pockets. A passerby on a bicycle yelled out and the suspects fled in a white Mazda with no front bumper. Suspects were described as white or Hispanic males in their early 20s. The victim was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
