A suspicious male was walking through the neighborhood looking into cars and going into yards. Neighbors noticed the male in an open garage, confronted him, and chased him through the neighborhood. The suspect fled to a home on 1900 East and entered through an unlocked back door. The suspect confronted a 43-year-old female with a knife. The suspect took the victim’s keys and left in her 2016 Silver Chrysler Town and Country. The suspect is described either Hispanic or olive-skinned, mid 20s, with a spiky Mohawk, wearing dark clothes and a camouflage jacket.
