358 S. 700 E.
A male entered the credit union and presented the teller a note, demanding cash. The suspect was given cash and fled on foot. The male is described as a white male, approximately 30 years old, 5’8” tall, thin build, wearing a long sleeve gray shirt, khaki cargo pants and a yellow and white baseball cap. The male may have had some type of dark makeup on his face.
819 W. North Temple Street
Multiple reports of shots fired came in at the listed address. Officers responded and found spent shell casings and 6 rounds that appeared to have hit the building. There were no suspects and no injured parties.
1084 S. 1300 W.
Billy Collins, 33 got into a verbal argument with some acquaintances. Collins retrieved a firearm and fired shots toward the other party’s vehicle. Victim’s fled the scene and Collins followed catching up to the vehicle. Collins fired another round at the vehicle and it fled again. Collins was located and arrested for aggravated assault.
