A man entered a store, produced a box cutter and demanded money from the clerk. The clerk refused and the suspect fled the store in a gray Toyota Prius with possibly Idaho license plates. The suspect is described as a white male adult in his mid-30’s, approximately 5 feet 10 inches to 6 feet tall, medium to heavy build, wearing a blue hat, gray shirt and sunglasses.

A man entered a store, pulled out a box cutter from his pocket and demanded cash. The suspect fled in a gray small sedan, similar to a Hyundai. The suspect is described as a Hispanic male adult in his 30’s, 5 feet 6 inches tall and heavy set. He was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and a baseball cap with the letter “K” on it

Assault on a police officer

Officers responded on a trespasser. The suspect became aggressive towards officers and picked up a large stick, made death threats against officers and advanced rapidly on them. Officers deployed a 40mm and struck the suspect to no effect. Officers also attempted to use a CED, also causing no effect. Officers were eventually able to take John Quintana, 48, into custody and booked him into jail for assault on a peace officer.
