Drive by shooting
514 N. Colorado St.

Several witnesses heard three gun shots in the area of the dispatched address. Possible suspect vehicle was described as a white longer style SUV with a chrome trim roof rack. Three shell casings were located on the west side of the alley east of the listed address. One unit sustained a bullet hole through the siding. No one was hit by the round.

10:23 a.m.
9 S. Rio Grande St.

A male entered the T-Mobile store in the Gateway Mall. An employee watched the male cut phone security wires as he attempted to remove the devices. When confronted the suspect brandished a knife and the employee allowed the suspect to exit the store. The suspect is described as a Hispanic male adult in his 20’s, 5 feet 5 inches tall and 140 lbs. He was wearing a plaid button shirt, tan shorts and had a notch in his eyebrow. He fled the scene in a tan or beige 90’s van with an unknown temp tag being driven by a female.
