Resisting arrest
819 W. North Temple St.

Officers were dispatched to the Gateway Inn on a report of a man trying to kick a door in. Upon arrival the suspect was aggressive with officers and a taser was used to take him into custody. Officers booked Glen Jackman, 44, into jail for resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, trespassing and possession of a controlled substance.

4:24 p.m.
2090 S. State St.

A man entered a business and threatened to shoot the cashier. He had a knife and pepper spray however no gun was seen. The suspect demanded cash and the cashier complied. He then fled from the store. The suspect is described as a white male adult, short and stalky, black jacket, blue jeans, gray shoes and bald with skin peeling off his head.

2:49 a.m.
Aggravated assault
344 S State St.

Officers responded on a man with a gun and located a male matching the description given by witnesses. Officers found the gun and booked Timothy Neeley, 26, into jail for aggravated assault, possession of a weapon by a restricted person and public intoxication.
