An employee observed a man, known for taking items in the past, take items from the store and place them in his pockets. When the employee attempted to stop the man he pushed her and attempted to leave. A uniformed off-duty officer was in the store and assisted in taking the suspect into custody. Officers booked Kim Silcox, 44, into jail for robbery.

Officers pulled into a parking lot and observed several people loitering by a no trespassing sign. When officers spoke with the group one of the men attempted to flee. Officers deployed a Taser and took the suspect into custody. Officers booked Mark Martinez, 25, into jail for possession of heroin, paraphernalia, fleeing, possession of forged documents and multiple warrants.

A man entered the store, displayed a gun and demanded cash from the clerk. The clerk complied and the suspect fled the store. Suspect is described as a white male adult, wearing a white bandana covering his face, a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants and gray shoes.
