Auto-pedestrian/Fatal hit and run

Officers were dispatched on an auto-pedestrian hit and run. Upon arrival it was determined that a vehicle exited the roadway and drove onto the sidewalk striking multiple people. One victim was pronounced dead at the scene and others were taken to local hospitals. The driver of the vehicle fled the scene on foot and has not been located. The suspect is described as white female adult, 5 feet 5 inches tall wearing a red tank top and blue denim shorts. Investigation ongoing.
