Aggravated assault/Taser deployment

Officers were called to the listed address on a combative trespasser. The male trespasser refused to comply with officers and began to take a fighting stance with them. A Taser was deployed in an attempt to gain compliance. After a short fight with officers the male was taken into custody. Luis Alberto Lopez-Acosta, 46, was booked into jail for aggravated assault, felony criminal mischief, assault on a police officer, resisting arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia, and criminal trespass.
