900 North Redwood Rd.
The victim, was driving in the area of 900 North Redwood Road with his wife and teenage son. A red vehicle occupied by several individuals began firing at the victim using a shotgun. The victim produced his own weapon and fired back at the suspects. The victim then drove home and called police. Officers were able to locate the suspect vehicle and impounded it for evidence. It had been a stolen vehicle. Gang detectives are handling the investigation. No charges expected for the victim discharging his weapon in self-defense.
