Officers located a stolen vehicle and took the driver into custody. Officers booked Carlos Campuzano, 22, into jail for possession of a stolen vehicle.
3200 W. 2100 S.
A minivan was driving south on 3200 West and a semi-truck was traveling north on 3200 West. The semi-truck was transitioning to westbound 201 and the two vehicles met head on under the overpass. A 4 year-old girl was ejected from the van and was taken to a local hospital in stable condition. Other occupants were extricated from the van and were taken to local hospitals in good condition. Investigation ongoing.
837 E. Logan Ave.
A man walked past a white vehicle that was stopped in the road. The vehicle began to follow the victim and then drove past him and turned directly in front of him. The passenger pointed a gun at the victim and demanded his property. The victim gave up his items and the vehicle left the area. The suspect is described as a Hispanic male adult in his 20’s wearing a white shirt and has short black hair.
