Officers responded on a man who had been assaulted with a bottle and had a large gash on his head. Witnesses pointed out the suspect and he fled on foot. The suspect was taken into custody. Officers booked Davis Stoney, 24, into jail for aggravated assault, fleeing, and several warrants.
542 S. Delong St.
Officers responded on a theft. Security officers on scene caught two men removing parts from a bus. One of the suspects swung a weapon at security before being detained. Officers booked Michael Drain, 42, and Bradley Blinks, 54, into jail for criminal mischief, theft, possession of burglary tools, and possession of marijuana. Michael Drain was also charged with robbery and aggravated assault.
