A victim was walking in the area and was approached by a male who asked for a lighter. When the victim went to get a lighter, the male pulled a knife and demanded property from the victim or he would kill him. Suspect took the victim’s property and fled on foot and is described as an adult Hispanic male, 25 years old, 6’ 2”, 200 pounds, shaved head and face, wearing a black Nike wind breaker with “just do it” logo, blue jeans and worn white Nike shoes.
