Officers responded to the Target, located at the above address, on a report of a robbery. An unidentified Hispanic female placed clothing items inside a purse and attempted to leave the store without paying. Loss prevention stopped the female in the entryway and attempted to detain her. The female then assaulted two employees before fleeing the scene in a vehicle, plate #V892U, being driven by a second female.

While conducting a traffic stop, officers observed drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle. When officers attempted to detain the driver, he fled on foot, but was soon after apprehended. A search of the vehicle yielded 165 grams of spice. Benigno Maama, 19, was booked into jail for possession of spice with intent to distribute, fleeing and traffic violations.

The victim was cutting down an alley near this address when she was grabbed from behind and forced to the ground. The male suspect injured her face and stole her purse with all its contents. The suspect fled the scene east on 300 South. He is described as a white male adult, heavy set, with a tattoo on his upper right arm.
