100 S. 700 E.

The victim, who is partially blind, was crossing 100 S. Northbound when she was struck by a vehicle. The vehicle that struck the victim is electric and makes no sound so the victim may not have heard the car. The victim was taken to a local hospital in serious condition but was updated upon arrival to stable condition, with minor injuries.
