Officers made a traffic stop and observed a significant amount of crystalline substance throughout the vehicle. The substance field tested positive as methamphetamine. Officers booked Megan McGuire, 36, into jail for DUI, failure to obey traffic control devices, driving on a suspended license and possession with intent to distribute.
