Officers were in the area of the Georgia apartments when they noticed a strong odor of marijuana. Officers located the source of the odor coming from a van parked in the lot of that address. Officers made contact with the occupants and searched the vehicle. They located marijuana, methamphetamine, paraphernalia related to drug sales, identification and documents belonging to other people, as well as several machete style knifes. The suspects Mindy Archuleta, 38, and Charles Armstrong, 54, were arrested on charges related to what was found.
