Voyeurism involving a child
1296 E. 3300 S.

A man was at the Rue 21 when several employees witnessed him use his phone to look under the dressing room door where the 13-year-old victim was changing clothes. The suspect was confronted by the mother and he attempted to flee. The suspect was apprehended by several citizens in the area. Officers arrived and booked Jorge Leon, 36, into jail felony voyeurism.

Shots fired
739 S. Jeremy St.

Officers responded on shots fired. Four males were detained and during the course of the investigation one male was found to be in possession of a gun, 17.1 grams of cocaine and cash. Officers booked Manuel Gonzalez, 23, into jail for drug distribution and possession of a firearm by a restricted person.

1:42 a.m.
200 W. 600 S.

A man was pulling money out of his wallet. He noticed a female acquaintance watching him. The female texted someone on her phone and shortly after a large Hispanic male adult arrived. The male began punching the victim multiple times with brass knuckles. The suspect then put a gun to victim’s side and demanded his wallet. The victim told the suspect where it was and the suspect left with victim’s money.
