A man was stopped in his vehicle arguing verbally with another male who was standing in front of a residence. At the conclusion of the verbal argument, the suspect drove several houses south to the victim’s parked vehicle and fired several rounds into it and then drove away. The vehicle was unoccupied. Officers located several shell casings. The suspect has been identified, but not located. Investigation ongoing.
