1:12 a.m. Homicide
75 E. Kensington Ave.
There was a verbal altercation between two groups of people that started near 1300 South Main Street and ended with a physical altercation on Kensington Avenue and State Street. A male juvenile was stabbed in the lower torso. He was transported to a local hospital, but later died. The suspects fled the scene. Homicide Detectives were called out and witnesses are being interviewed. The victim’s name will not be released pending next of kin notification.
