A man caught a male taking items from his car. When he confronted the suspect, the victim got punched in the mouth. The suspect is described as a white male adult, late 30’S, red & white hat, blue T-shirt, black basketball shorts, carrying 2 dark backpacks and a large duffle bag.

A woman exited her car and noticed a male she knows walking in the area. The suspect appeared to be looking into cars so she called out to him and asked if he was ok. The suspect pulled his hood up over his head, pulled out a handgun, grabbed the victim’s purse, keys and got into her car. The victim demanded he get out of her car, but fled due to the suspect having a firearm. She heard a gunshot. Another witness saw the suspect flee over a fence. The victim recovered some of her property at the scene. The suspect has been identified but not located. Investigation ongoing.
