The complainant was in his home and heard five to six loud popping noises outside. He went outside to investigate when he noticed other neighbors gathering in the street and observed two men walking northbound. One of the males was holding a handgun and there were shell casings in the street. The males are described as a Polynesian male adult and a white male adult. No victims or property damage was located and five shell casings were recovered from the roadway.
