A male entered the fenced parking lot of Intermountain Food Equipment through an open side gate and began to remove items from a trailer. The male was confronted by the owners at which time he produced a knife and told them to get back. The owners grabbed the items the male was attempting to take which also caused him to drop the knife. The man fled the scene but was located and taken in to custody a short time later by officers.
