A group of friends were at a bar when two of the individuals got in to an argument over a female. During the argument an uninvolved party displayed a handgun by pointing it at the ground. The gun was never pointed at anyone, but at some point, it did go off while pointed at the ground. The individual with the gun fled the scene on foot. He is described as a Hispanic male adult with a heavy build last seen wearing a black jacket, baseball cap and blue jeans. A single shell casing was recovered at the scene.
