An Isuzu pickup truck was turning left at this intersection when it was struck by a Chevrolet Tracker. Both occupants of the Isuzu had to be extricated from the vehicle. The driver of the Isuzu, a 63-year-old male, was transported to the hospital with serious injuries which were not life threatening. Investigation ongoing.
875 S. State St.
A male entered the Chevron at this address and produced a screwdriver while demanding money from the clerk. The clerk complied, and the male fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspect is described as an adult white male, 5 feet 7 inches tall, last seen wearing a black hoodie, orange gloves and tan boots.
