The suspect and the victim were attending a funeral when they got into a verbal argument. Other people attending broke up the altercation and encouraged them to reconcile. As they went to give each other hugs and make up the suspect produced a knife and stabbed the victim in the back. The suspect then fled the scene. The victim was treated at the scene. The suspect has been identified, but not located.

The residents in the area heard gunshots fired on the street in front of their home. Officers responded and found five shell casings on the ground. Officers checked the area without finding damage to the homes or property. No suspect information at this time.
