Occupied Recovered Stolen Vehicle

witness called to report she observed a vehicle which she knew to be recently
stolen. Detectives responded to the area and were able to locate the suspect
the witness had observed with the vehicle. The suspect was in possession of
several pieces of stolen property and had several outstanding warrants.
