The victim was walking to her vehicle when a male approached her, pushed her down and took the vehicle. The vehicle was recovered a short time later. Suspect is described as a black adult male in his 20’s or 30’s. He was last seen wearing a grey and blue hooded sweatshirt and black pants.
477 N. 300 W.
The victim had just closed the Dollar Tree at this address when she was approached by a male who demanded the money from the store while brandishing a weapon. The victim complied, and the suspect fled with an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspect is a male Hispanic adult in his early 20’s. He’s described as 6 feet tall with a thin build, last seen wearing a black hoodie, blue jeans, white shoes with a bandana over his face.

Officers responded on a report of an injured male at this address. Once on scene officers found a male who had been severely beaten, he was taken to a local hospital in critical condition. Officers located the suspect on the scene and determined he and the victim had been involved in an altercation . Anthony Chavez, 40, was booked in to jail for aggravated assault and related charges. Investigation ongoing.
