To see a list of completed calls for service in the last 48 hours, visit slcpd.com/policecallsforservice. 1:11 a.m. A suspect described as a male black with dreadlocks and wearing a red shift walked into the parking lot of the African Restaurant where a birthday party was being held. He then fired one round into the air from a handgun. He was last seen leaving on foot south from this location. Gang detectives are investigating. 2:44 a.m. Officers responded to a shots fired call at an apartment at the above address. A window on an apartment had been struck by a bullet but had not penetrated the second pane of glass on the window. Witnesses in the area saw a male that may have fired the shot. There had been a party at the apartment just prior to the shot being fired.
