Firearm & Drug Arrest
404 W. 400 S.


Officers responded to a call of a trespasser at the above address. Officers contacted the subject in a vehicle and discovered he was in possession of methamphetamine. A search warrant was obtained and executed, and a firearm and drugs were seized from the vehicle. Keith Utterbeck, 55, was booked in to jail for possession of a firearm by a restricted person, possession of a controlled substance and criminal trespass.

The victims parked at the above address to walk to a nearby business. As they exited the vehicle two males rushed the driver and stabbed him in the abdomen. The passenger went to aid the driver and was also stabbed. Both victims were treated at a local hospital for serious injuries. Suspects are described as male Hispanic adults wearing all black clothing and black masks. Investigation ongoing.
