Failure to Stop / Warrants
500 W. 1300 S.
While doing speed enforcement an officer attempted to stop a speeder at the 400 S. south bound on ramp to I-15. The driver elected not to stop and sped away. The officer was exiting at the 1300 S. exit and saw the vehicle on 1300 Ss and stopped the driver. Melissa Westbye, 39. was arrested for felony failure to stop and some outstanding warrants.
