While patrolling Liberty Park officers observed a vehicle with a shattered rear door window. There was a strong odor of marijuana coming from the interior of the car. While checking the vehicle, a male approached officers and identified himself as the owner of the car. Officers confirmed there was probable cause to arrest Michael Rogers, 39, for a previous voyeurism case. A search warrant was obtained for the vehicle, resulting in the seizure of drugs and paraphernalia. Michael was transported to the Salt Lake County jail where he was booked for voyeurism and possession of marijuana.
