Fleeing/Resisting

Officers attempted to contact Timothy Wilson, 34, who immediately fled on a bicycle. Timothy eventually crashed his bike but continued to flee on foot. Officers eventually caught Timothy at which time he attempted to fight. Timothy was eventually taken into custody and booked into jail for failure to stop at command of a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest and warrants.

Robbery

The victim was sitting at a table with his phone next to him when he was approached by the suspect. The suspect took the victims phone and the victim confronted him. The suspect assaulted the victim and dropped the phone in the process. The suspect fled the scene but returned a short time later and was detained. Daniel Rodriguez, 23, was booked into jail for robbery and public intoxication.

Jimmy Dollar, 85, was last seen sometime around the 26th of October. Jimmy’s medical conditions were concerning which led to a silver alert being issued. Jimmy was located a short time later in good condition.
