1000 S. State Street
An officer saw a person that he knew had warrants and attempted to stop him. The male, Terry Walker, 52, fled on foot. Officers were able to track down Walker at 999 S. Main Street. Containment was set up on the apartment and phone contact was made with Walker. Walker eventually surrendered and was booked into jail for fleeing and his warrants.
