Shots Fired
600 N. Sir Michael Dr.

A resident of a home in this area reported a shot fired at their home which went through the living room window. Video showed a dark gray four door sedan drive up to the home, stop and then drive away southbound. No other damage or injuries were reported.


1:59 p.m.
Burglary in Progress
958 S. 900 E.

The victim was home in her apartment and observed Nicholas Dotson, 60, enter the building through the back door and stairwell, where he attempted to open her apartment door.  She opened the door to confront the man and he attempted to push his way into her apartment. The victim was able to close the door and retreat. She called 911 while Dotson attempted to gain entry again. Officers arrived on scene and were able to take Dotson into custody without incident, he was taken to jail on burglary charges.


3:56 p.m.
715 E. 500 S.

Cameron Seeley, 38, was at Palace Meat Company at the above address. Seeley started a fire in an upstairs pallet and cardboard storage area. The fire caused $15,000 damage. The Fire Department and Arson Investigators responded. Seeley was booked for F1 Arson.
