Officers working in this area observed a male selling drugs. Officers attempted to stop the male and he fled from them. Officers were able to catch up to the male and take him into custody. The male was in possession of suspected marijuana, a digital scale and cash. Deng Alor, 18 was booked for possession with the intent to distribute and fleeing.

A victim reported that she planned to meet an “Andrew Baca” via an app, to sell a couple of belts at this location. The female stated that a red sedan with four occupants pulled up and one of the occupants got out and approached the victim. This male pointed a gun at the victim and fired a round next to her. He also fired a second round in the air. The male then reached in the vehicle, took the belts and fled. The suspect is described as a white late teenaged male with long blonde hair, wearing jeans and a black baseball cap.
