Robbery

1709 S. 300 W.

A female entered the convenience store at the above address and demanded money while intimating she had a weapon. The clerk refused to give her money at which time the female produced a can of mace and sprayed some on the floor. The clerk still refused to give her anything and the suspect fled east in a gray or green Mitsubishi Eclipse. The female is described as 5’9” and heavy set, 25-30 years old wearing a gray puffy coat, black mask and white scarf.

Robbery

A group of 5 males approached several juveniles at the skate park. 3 of the suspects began to assault and threaten the victims. During these assaults the suspects stole phones and headphones and fled the park. Officers were able to stop the suspects and take them into custody. 4 of the 5 suspects were juveniles. Three were booked into detention for robbery and one was released to his parents. An adult male was issued a citation for theft. The property was recovered and returned to the owners.

Burglary

543 S. State St.

A male broke into the Ferrari dealership at the above address. He spent some time in the business gathering items and placing them in a new Bentley. The Bentley was blocked in by other vehicles, so the male got into a Lexus and drove it into a wall. He then backed into a Ferrari and sideswiped a Lotus before fleeing on foot. Officers located the male several blocks away and took him into custody. Hercule Brown, 22, was booked into jail for felony theft, felony criminal mischief and burglary.
