A complainant called police and said that he saw a small group of males walking east on 200 S. He then heard what sounded like two gunshots and saw two flashes of light coming from the group. Officers arrived in the area quickly and located three males. One of the males had a loaded gun on his person. The gun’s serial number had been scratched off. Enrique Hernandez, 19, was booked for parole violation, possession of a gun by a restricted person, altering a firearm’s serial number and possession of drug paraphernalia.
