Amber Alert/Traffic Stop

Early this morning South Salt Lake initiated an Amber alert regarding a custodial issue. A silver Pontiac with Utah plate F142SY was identified as the vehicle involved. An officer spotted the vehicle. A traffic stop was conducted at 400 W. 500 S. where the suspect was detained. The young child was also located in the vehicle unharmed. South Salt Lake responded to the traffic stop and took over.
