The victim was standing outside Wayne’s Corner with an envelope of cash in her hands. A male suspect grabbed the envelope of cash from her hands and fled. The suspect was described as a male black, mid 20s, wearing a black jacket with white sleeves, red hat, and blue jeans.
916 N. 900 W.
Three Hispanic juveniles were asked to leave the store due to their age. Shortly after there was a shot fired through the door of the business. A shell casing was found in the area.
Occupied Stolen Vehicle
1700 S. 1400 W.
An officer spotted a vehicle that was listed as stolen. A traffic stop was conducted. Victoria Fifita, 24, was arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle and drug paraphernalia.
1060 N. Catherine St.
Dispatch received several calls of shots fired in the area. Detectives responded to a house in the area that had two bullet holes in the living room window. A dark colored Honda Civic was seen leaving the area after the shooting. No one was injured in the shooting.
