The victim has been residing in a tent in the area. Tonight, two other individuals who have also been staying in the area entered his tent and began to assault him with a blunt object and canned goods. The victim received minor injuries and was treated on scene. Officers located the suspects nearby. Beatrice Garcia, 43, was booked into jail for aggravated assault, possession of drug paraphernalia and interfering with an arresting officer. Olegario Gonzalez Retiguin, 60, was booked for aggravated assault and interfering with an arresting officer.
