Vu Nguyen, 45, entered the Chase Bank at this address and robbed it. He fled on foot. With help from the Downtown Ambassadors, officers were able to locate Nguyen and take him into custody. He is responsible for two other bank robberies recently. Nguyen was booked into jail for robbery.
Aggravated Assault with a Vehicle
250 N. 700 W.
The victim was seen arguing with the driver of a gray sedan. The victim was then walking on the sidewalk at 250 N. 700 W. when the driver of the gray vehicle drove up on the sidewalk and grass and struck the victim from behind. The suspect fled the scene. The victim was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
