Occupied Stolen Vehicle/Narcotics Distribution

An officer observed a male riding a moped that did not have a license plate. A traffic stop was conducted, and the moped was found to be stolen. The rider, Sita Leusogi, 27, was also in possession of narcotics and a large amount of cash. Leusogi was booked into jail for theft, possession of narcotics with intent to distribute as well as outstanding warrants.

Two vehicles were driving through the neighborhood when the occupants began to shoot at each other. There were no injuries reported, one unoccupied parked vehicle was struck. The vehicles were described as a white sedan with tinted windows and black rims, and a white Nissan Armada with black rims.
