Two males were at the above address when one of them groped a female. Both males were removed by an employee. Once outside one of the subjects pulled out a pistol from his waistband and pointed it at the employee, the other subject then tried to assault the employee. Both suspects fled the area and the first suspect fired his gun into the air. Witnesses followed the suspects and observed the male point his gun at two bystanders. Officers located both males a few blocks away and took them into custody. The gun had been discarded but was recovered. Danny Garcia, 32, was booked into jail for sexual battery, aggravated assault, possession of a firearm by a restricted person and possession of a stolen firearm. Anthony Lazano, 27, was booked into jail for assault and public intoxication.

Officers responded on reports of a male firing a handgun in the parking lot. Upon arrival they found a male standing in the parking lot holding a handgun. The male was taken into custody without incident. During the investigation officers learned the male was intoxicated. Josh Kilgrow, 49, was booked into jail for discharge of a firearm, carry a dangerous weapon while under the influence and public intoxication.
