The victim arrived at a residence for a date that he arranged online. The female he was meeting asked him to come inside and assist her. Once inside a male revealed himself and indicated he had a weapon. He and the female demanded the victim’s belongings and keys to his vehicle. The suspects fled the scene in his vehicle. The homeowner provided information that indicated the suspects are known relations.

Officers responded to 801 Convention Center on a report of an assault. Upon arrival officers observed 20-30 people actively fighting in the parking lot. They were able to quickly disperse the crowd and locate 2 victims. The first victim was found on the ground in the parking lot with a laceration to his mid-section. He was transported by to an area hospital in stable condition. The second victim was also found on the ground in the parking lot. He suffered facial injuries and was transported to an area hospital. The two victims had been struck by a vehicle that had been driving recklessly through the parking lot. The vehicle had fled just prior to officers arriving.
