Officers responded to reports of someone kicking in an apartment door. A short time later the complainant reported hearing an argument followed by a gunshot. Several people were reported to have left the apartment. Officers arrived and found the apartment was empty and appears to be vacant. A shell casing was found on scene. No injuries were reported.
Occupied Stolen Vehicle

Officers observed a stolen vehicle and conducted a high-hazard traffic stop. Riley Clark, 22, was booked into jail for felony theft.
Hit & Run Auto Pedestrian Accident
1605 S. Richards St.
A Dodge truck struck two vehicles at this address and fled the scene. The truck continued driving east through an alley at which time the vehicle struck two pedestrians causing minor injuries to both. The vehicle again failed to stop and struck two more vehicles before eventually hitting a cement barrier. The driver was eventually detained and transported to an area hospital where he was processed for a DUI.
